My most important ingredient of success, though, guiding you towards your inner peace and freedom, is that I have been where you are right now.
I am a child of narcissistic parents and sibling, a proud scapegoat and family’s ‘black sheep’ and a thriving survivor, who uses her wisdom and experiences to help others break the chain of burden and suffering that have been holding them slaves into their own lives. Gaslighting, manipulation, emotional/ mental/ psychological abuse was constant in my everyday life and proved to be what I thought it was ‘normal’. I have been countless times in the dark space of anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, autoimmune body reactions, people pleasing mode, lack of confidence and sense of self betrayal, self-abandonment. Dark nights of the soul were my toughest teachers and best friends at the same time. I know how it feels. I know how deep it gets and how hopeless it seems.
I was pushed to make a choice- and I did so. I was going to use this pain as fuel for my transformation and growth. And the healing journey began just before I gave birth to my first child, because I had promised to myself that I would never be the same parent as my own. Classic talk therapy with a psychotherapist, reading numerous books, self -exploration and inquiry, personal growth quests and seminars, podcasts, blending of scientific and spiritual knowledge, quantum physics – everything and anything that could take me out of the labyrinth of my own mind and unfold its mysteries. Until, RTT appeared, exactly at the most appropriate time of my life, when I needed it immensely. They say that when the student is ready, the master appears…. And my transformation skyrocketed! Old paradigms, old core limiting beliefs, old programming coming from childhood, all acknowledged, seen and released, finally. No more ‘sleeping’ while awake but only fully awake and aware of Self. Huge realizations, a-ha enlightening moments, self-compassion and unconditional love replaced the darkness as the light illuminates a dark room, where everything is obvious. This program is suggested as a starting point for 1 presenting problem- it may be enough for its 100% resolution or more sessions may be needed, up to 3, approximately – it depends on the client’s progress. We can go step by step following this protocol.

2ND PACKAGE
THREE MONTHS PROGRAM
- 3 Full RTT sessions of approximately 3 hours each (in person or online) including 3 intake / consultation sessions
- 3 Personalized Transformational audio Recordings (15- 20 minutes or 30 minutes maximum on special cases)
- Full 21 days support and coaching via text/ voice messages, email or phone calls (once every week) x 3
- 3 Deep Integration investigation calls (on 21st-30th day of each month and duration 30 minutes- 1 hour each)
This program can deal fully with the majority of issues as a continuum of the first session (1 issue), or it can be done for 2 or 3 separate issues each time- depending on the client’s wishes and needs.

SIX MONTHS PROGRAM
- 6 Full RTT sessions of approximately 3 hours each (in person or online) including 6 Intake / consultation sessions

SELF HYPNOSIS PROGRAM OF 1 MONTH (without regression)

- Full 21 days support and coaching via text/ voice messages, email or phone calls (once every week)
- 1 Deep Integration investigation call on 21st-30th day (30minutes- 1 hour)
This option is suitable for enhancement and reinforcement of mental and physical abilities of the client (this is a program many children benefit from too) and it does not contain regression. It is also regarded as one of the best methods to reduce stress and help reach deep levels of relaxation.
